Meet The Founder
The story of FAF began as a simple project—one that was meant to last only a few months but turned into a lifelong mission.
Sujala Devi, the founder of FAF, had no plans of entering the world of skincare. With a background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Interior Designing, she envisioned a future in design and art. But life had other plans.
When she returned to India after her studies, she found her family’s farmland in Anantapur being cultivated with chemical-based farming. Knowing that organic produce had better value in the market, she took on the task of converting their farmland into an organic one—believing it to be a quick, few-months project before she could move on to her other dreams.
But as she delved deeper into organic farming methods, she found them impractical, expensive, and unsustainable. The solutions seemed flawed—they required costly inputs and didn’t truly restore the land.
That’s when her search for better answers led her to Masanobu Fukuoka, a Japanese farmer, philosopher, and scientist. His book The One-Straw Revolution changed everything. His philosophy of natural farming—working with nature instead of forcing it—challenged everything she had believed.
Inspired, she kept digging deeper and eventually found Subhash Palekar, an Indian scientist and farmer who revived Zero Budget Natural Farming (ZBNF), an ancient Indian method of farming that required no expensive inputs, no fertilizers—just nature working in perfect balance.
Curious to see if this truly worked, she tested these techniques on her own farm. She made natural fertilizers and pesticides using desi cow dung, jaggery, and fermented plant extracts. She observed the soil, crops, and the entire ecosystem come back to life—not through external inputs but through nature’s own rhythm.
What started as a short-term project had now become a deep passion.
The transformation was undeniable. The once-depleted land regained its fertility, earthworms returned, and crops flourished, all without the need for expensive chemicals.

With her hands-on farming experience and deep understanding of natural ingredients, she ensures that FAF is not just another brand—it’s a way back to nature, backed by real knowledge and real results.
